All the staff were very kind, polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the 24-hour shuttle service between the hotel and airport train station, which we used every day of our one-week stay. Public transport from the hotel to the city is more difficult, so the shuttle was a big help. I do think they need more drivers during the rush hour. I also think the staff should learn about the bus lines in the area, in order to advise the guests. None of the staff were familiar with the buses in the area, so we had to do all that research on our own with Google.

Cleanliness of the room and lobby. A very nice lady at the cafeteria...ready to help and assist me in getting food for my family in the room upstairs. But indifference of staff at the lobby. Maybe because we're black or they were timid. I have the most adorable 2 and 6yr old girls. Other hotels we have been to, we were admired and welcomed and showed our way to our rooms. But your staff just handed us our keys with little or no instructions.

I was only there for an overnight layover from Bahrain to San Diego and arrived later in the day. They were very nice and helpful, though. Airport pick-up and drop-off were smooth. It's not very close to the airport, though, but still not far either. They were easy to communicate with. I didn't have any trouble contacting them while I was at the airport. Really big bathroom.

We made good use of the free airport shuttle, and found out later that the shuttle will actually take you to other locations around town. Shopping mall and restaurants were within walking distance.
